I would like to be cheerful and smiling when I meet person.

I would like to be surrounded by cheerful and smiling people.

For that, I will spare no efforts and I would like to be joined by people who work hard.



If only a part of the members in a group works hard, any goal or target cannot be achieved by that group and the members will not grow as individual.


In every group, a burden must be shared evenly by all members. If you are a person who is dependent on others, a person who takes the easy way out and a person who is difficult to deal with, you are not welcome in the group.


We cannot expect continuity and growth without improvement.

Roles are allocated to each member of a group so as not to be a gathering of disorderly crowds. 

Each role is not a stage, but a mission, meaning that the burden is evenly shared by all members.


In order to enable each person to perform the role and mission, single out one target object and develop the environment so that individual growth may be achieved.

Each one of you is requested to think out how to make time and improve yourself and to continue to train yourself.
