Why do we improve the possibility of a change?

Does the change bring you the business results you want?

Did the change affect the active participation of you or your members and the organizational unity? 

Is it not the case that while the company executes plan successfully, employees do not seem to be in agreement? 

Do you and your members understand the plan, to start with?

Is the company aware that some people in the organization are against the change?

Is the performance declining after the change in the organization?

Is positive data available to provide information on how you and your members feel about the change or where the real problem lies?

Performance for Digital Transfer

 I have been racking my brain science what program I should develop for my customers to learn not only such defensive knowledge (knowledge for one's credibility) as history, religion, and politics but also the following aggressive knowledge (knowledge for one's charm) that I am introducing.

(1)    Scientific judgment
"Scientific judgment" determines truths with objective data and logic by excluding all of subjective guesses, opinions, beliefs, and feelings. For that, it is required to judge case studies with data, understand more "paradigms," and practice judging without personal feelings and emotions. 

(2)    Artistic judgment
"Artistic judgment" is disturbed by such mentalities as the "one-correct-answer principle," "shame," and "peer pressure." To exclude them, you need to enrich your feelings and sensibilities. Feelings are created through the process of emotions generated by the experience of an event, which you find very enjoyable and interesting by actually touching or listening. Expressing your feelings upfront makes you hospitable to other people's feelings. 

(3)     Belief judgment
This type of judgment is effective when you make decisions with limited time and make such serious decisions as fundamental one to judge between right and wrong, and another in a complex system. However, it is important to really understand it is just based on your belief as this judgment is made based on your intuition and feelings (like-dislike). And, you should not squeeze "logic" into the process of the judgment. Also, it is crucial not to force "your belief" on others and to deny other people's beliefs.

(4)     Inferential judgment
"Inferential judgment" is required in such situations as one where it is cost-ineffective to gather scientific facts and logically connect the dots. Such cost-ineffective situations include such situations as a situation where there is no information available to connect the certainties (e.g., history) with the uncertainties and where you are thinking which career path will make you happy most when changing your job. When you make such judgment, you need to be clearly aware (metacognition) that "you are making an inference." And, it is also important to recognize there are cognitive distortions as a human is making the judgment, and make sure if you do not fall into sophistry where you structure your logic based on something plausible. 

I believe the following series of attitude is necessary to enrich the above-mentioned knowledge: getting interested in and questioning about related realms and what is happening; discovering something you didn't know before by searching on the Internet etc. (obtaining findings); thinking about them by yourself (hypothesizing);actually experiencing what you thought by yourself one way or another (putting into practice): and telling it to someone and applying the knowledge at work (conveying and telling).

Ephemeral

"Everything is a moment in an ephemeral life".

We love cherry blossoms because we know that the flowers that are in full bloom are passing and ephemeral. This is also because this fact can be reflected on our life.



Success and glory are only a moment.

So are failure and fall.

It is a matter of moment for us to get criticized and hurt.

It is also a matter of moment for us to be praised and become ecstatic



In an ephemeral life, what kinds of worthy things can be achieved?



"Ephemeral" is expressed in Chinese character in a combination of the Chinese characters meaning “people” and “dream”.

In other words, ephemeral is our dream.



If that is the case, why not achieving a great thing?



For the purpose, let us define “our success and happiness”.



Unless we know what our success and happiness are, we cannot judge if we have succeeded or not.

When it rains, casually wear an umbrella.

When a problem occurs, 
I think there are four people who take action, those who do not take action, those who do not notice the problem, those who are indifferent to things.

To maintain a sustainable relationship, it is important to be concerned with everything, accept differences in values, think flexibly, and act quickly.

If possible, we want to know the facts and think and live while imagining the effects flexibly.

Think with our free and open minds about our world situation and our work and find happiness in these simple and natural actions. 

We think the path we should follow as humans and the direction our country should pursue.
I consider it a super mind.
