It is more valuable in business to use a variety of thinking patterns than being intellectual. In other words, it is important to be receptive to a variety of thinking patterns, situations, opinions, etc.

常に自分の頭の中にあるアイディアが、世界（英語）でどこまで通用するか？

わたくしは、「多彩な価値観を受け入れる寛容さを持つこと」を心がけています。

Consider all the time to which extent or whether the ideas you have in mind get across to other people (or are understood by other people).

I myself make it a rule to “be receptive to a variety of values”.

(“receptive”という言葉は、非常に「英語らしい」、「受け入れる用意がある」という言葉で、寛容さの意味を内包しています。また、value＝価値は、複数にすると、価値観を意味します。)
