Medical Detox - Harmony, Respect, Purity and Tranquility

My ultimate goal is to see smile in every face.

Above anything else, I am blessed with good fortune.

I don’t know myself why I am so fortunate.

Curiosity motivates you to seek experience with new things

I am full of curiosity and accept everything openly. This attitude toward life has enabled me to cope successfully with just about anything so far.

When I analyze myself why I have been fortunate, one reason comes to my mind.

Since my childhood, it has been my habit to ask myself repeatedly “Why” whenever I feel uneasy about something or I am not convinced about anything.

At such a time, I investigate thoroughly until I am convinced through trial and error and I convey the results of my investigation to other people.

In a situation where there is no way out, I feel at odds with myself. Why some people suffer and others don’t...

The future is un predictable.

But, in face of a new broader set of perspectives and expectations. I think that “the four most important elements of a tea ceremony - harmony, respect, purity and tranquility” express what is important for us in an easy-to-understand manner.

These are the four most important elements of a tea ceremony - "Wakei Seijaku" in Japanese.

The tea ceremony philosophy teaches us to value peace (harmony), respect others, purify our mind and body, and be calm and impassive to anything.

I think this is the common value which must be sought by us all in the current conflicting world in order to give solutions to all problems we are faced with.

As social beings we cannot live without communicating with others

Harmony, Respect, Purity and Tranquility

Harmony

→ Be friendly with one another and understand each other.

Respect

→ Respect each other. Pay respect to others and show such feeling in action and attitude

Purity

→ Purify both mind and body. To be smiling at all times, courteous in speech, welcoming other persons, full of curiosity, eating well and keeping healthy.

Tranquility

Be calm at all times.

Be equal to everyone in behavior with a forthright attitude, have a keen understanding of where you stand in a time of panic amidst confusing information and assess the situation accurately to make the right decision, and be capable to following the correct path with peace in mind

Therefore,

we must communicate with each other for better understanding.
