In addition, when showcasing critical thinking, it's necessary to anticipate potential outcomes or unintended consequences, but you should also consider how they align with your organization's moral codes. Saying things like "Beyond the potential of this product, it contributes to our goals for sustainability by..." indicates that you're building trust not only as an analytical voice but also as one that continuously evaluates the moral aspects as well.

 

Lastly, the ability to simplify complex situations is crucial for strategic thinkers. Using explanations like "This technology ultimately assists in our practice of social responsibility by..." or "Our strategy is based on three pillars, and here's how they contribute to the execution of ethical business..." emphasizes that you're not only making complex issues understandable but also that they are grounded in ethical comprehension.

 

By holding both a strategic and moral viewpoint, you are likely to be seen as a leader with influence, both in the business realm and socially.
