Don’t fight them, make them think you’re better than them, but work hard behind their back and overtake them.

そういうひとには下手に歯向かわず自分が上だと思い込ませておいて

その陰であなたは努力を重ね、追い抜いてしまえばいいのだ。

It’s not about position or title, it’s about effort.

地位や肩書ではなく、努力で人の上に立つ人間になろう。
