Recently, teleworking such as telecommuting has become popular, and there are many working styles without fixing work location. In fact, we often see business people working in various places, such as cafes and trains.



However, from the standpoint of the companies that have already introduced teleworking, I think there are still many issues to be cleared. It's not just an introduction of laptop computer and attendance management. If security measures are not properly implemented, information leak happened once could result in a corporate survival crisis. Thus, there are many barriers that companies must overcome in order to safely start teleworking.



Leaders like us and management members should understand that they need to rely on each personnel’s ability and communication to enhance “ESG (employee satisfaction grade) “ will be indispensable while teleworking will be business standard in the near future.
