Professional style = simply thingsWhere there is a will, there is always a way. Therefore, we must value our gut feelings, curiosity and intuition. It is almost as if we lie to ourselves to choose “being an irresponsible bystander” by suppressing intuition and curiosity. Let’s avoid telling a lie so as not to regret our life for whatever reasons. It is the importance of “being a trustworthy person” in the future.#trust #professional #global #humble #rule #beautiful #予防は思いやり

"We are what we
repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." - Aristotle
Opportunities are fleeting
and cannot be stored for later use. It's imperative to seize today's
opportunities while they are present. The immediacy of an opportunity is its
essence, as it elevates motivation and increases the likelihood of success.
Concurrently, being authentic to one’s feelings is equally vital. Being deeply
moved or passionately enthused is indicative of encountering what one truly
desires. Embracing these emotions, rather than dismissing them, and pursuing
what inspires and excites, paves the way to achieving one's dreams.

The latest on Strategic Leadership Management
#Are leaders born or made?
University of Michigan Ross
School of Business professor Sue Ashford has studied leadership for
decades—what makes people see themselves as leaders and how groups choose
leaders among them. She says that leadership does come more easily to some than
others, but that leadership is dynamic and only as real as a group decides.
It’s a state that everyone can reach, whether they’re officially in charge or
not.
“People grant a leader identity
by their willingness to follow someone. So, if you take the chalk and go to the
board and start writing things, or am I following along, adding to your
structure, your list? And by doing that, I’m reinforcing that I’m willing to go
with you for this bit of time,” Ashford explains.
In this episode, you’ll
learn how to cultivate leadership within yourself and those you manage. You’ll
also learn about alternative models, like shared leadership, that can benefit
any team.
Key episode topics include:
leadership, managing people, managing employees, managing yourself, leadership
qualities, leading teams.
"Your influence is determined by your
actions, not your words. Show it through your actions, not just your
words."
#Managing the December Deadline Deluge
The end of the year is
stressful enough without the extra pressure of last-minute requests due before
New Year’s Eve. Here are four strategies to help you mitigate the crunch.
Be proactive if you suspect
a request is coming your way. If you’ve noticed a pattern of year-end requests
piling up in previous years, it’s time to take a proactive approach. Initiate
conversations with your leaders about their needs.
Clarify what you’re being
asked to do. When you get a last-minute request, don’t hesitate to ask
follow-up questions to better understand the problem your colleagues want you
to solve—and their reasons why it needs to be done now.
Reprioritize your
commitments. While you don’t want to build a habit of canceling or rescheduling
meetings or due dates, the end-of-year rush can justify an honest
reorganization of your to-do list.
Commit to your PTO. To
avoid giving up your well-deserved vacation days (and your overall well-being),
confidently communicate your plans with your colleagues in advance.
PTO(有給休暇)にコミットしてください。
